About
Jamie Brindle writes stories which are strange, colourful, weird, wonderful, and funny. He has also developed the irritating habit of talking about himself in the third person.
He has been writing since he was young, and is sure that one day he will get the hang of it. Many of his stories are linked by The Storystream, a setting composed of endless linked and turbulent stories, with a fairly involved mythology surrounding its creation, evolution, and destiny. It exists between two poles - order and chaos - and is watched over by various creatures, persons, and entities, many of which have less-than-wholesome aims.
Jamie has lived a fairly ordinary sort of life so far. He was home educated (back before it was trendy, when it was just odd) and grew up in an orchard which contained a hedge maze. The family business was boomerang construction, and Jamie's first job was selling boomerangs at Covent Garden in London.
He has done many other jobs since, including driving tractors, selling petrol, and - most recently - being a GP.
He hopes you enjoy his stories, and would love to hear from you if you have any thoughts, questions, or comments regarding them.
